JP Automotive Differential Case Automatic Balancing Machine

The automotive differential case automatic balancing machine developed by JP is a single-plane automatic balancing machine specially designed for disc-shaped products, which can automatically conduct unbalance measurement, automatic milling or drilling correction. It has the features of fast speed and high precision, which is suitable for the mass production of dynamic balancing of disc-shaped workpiece.

The main functions of the software include unbalance test system, balance data storage and printing, data statistics after OK/NG judgment. High sensitivity sensor, good linearity, reasonable structure design, measurement, operation, control functions is integrated into one, the unbalance detection and correction are automatically completed. Laser correction marking system, MES data upload system etc. are optional, and special functions can be customized for special products (Note: all the above functions are configured according to different types of products, not all reserved)
