The JP two station automatic crankshaft balancing machine was manufactured in 2022 by JP Balancing Machine Company. The balancer is used to eliminate vibrations and to improve the overall quality and durability of the crankshaft. The machine performs measurement in theJP800 measuring unit.

The measurement and correction of unbalance in the machined crankshafts is carried out by drilling into the counterweights in one or two correction stages. The JP balancing machine is equipped with a PLC +Touch Screen controller and has a cycle time of 30 to 90 seconds.
