For machines used to balance sungears, a distinction is made between a single-plane or two-plane machine, depending on the customer’s requirements. The selection of a single- or dual-plane variant is made by the customer, depending on the geometry and installation position of the sungear.
Unbalance correction likewise depends on the component geometry and installation position and may occur either via two-plane correction by hole punching or combined correction including hole punching and subsequent insertion of correction rivets. Loading can be manual by the operator or by an interlinking system and integrated round transfer on the machine side.
