Universal Horizontal Balancing Machine is ideal for rotors like armatures, textile machine spindles, shafts, turbines, printing/paper machine rollers, pump rotors, submersible pump rotor and other application requiring high precision balancing.
Belt, End, or combination drive systems. Belt drive is advantageous as compared to end drive as no adapters are needed to balance different rotors. The balancing of rotors at desired speed can be done by selecting suitable size of motor pulley and driven diameter of rotor. A more accurate balancing can be achieved as errors due to adapter run out are eliminated. However, where starting torque is high we need end drive machine.
AC driven/DC driven rotors with or without gear transmission with or without variable frequency drive.
Integrated correction system like drilling, milling and weight addition by welding etc.
Balancing machine bed extension or separate bed. GAP bed can be provided for accommodating larger diameter rotors.
Machine provided with master rotor and weight for inhouse calibration as per ISO/CE standards
