Manual EV motor unbalance correction machine is composed of the main machine bed base, the unbalance measuring unit, the drilling system, the chip suction unit, and the cabinet. The drilling system consists of the hand wheel, the screw rod and the slide table in Y and Z directions. The upper computer and the PLC automatically communicate with each other to analyze the unbalance amount and the angle analog quantity, and the operator manually positions it to the drill bit weight removal position and then manually drills and removes weight.
