This tailored Jianping automatic balancing machine is a electromechanical integration equipment which is used to measure the dynamic unbalance of the EV motor rotor. It adopts the touch screen as the human machine interface, to perform the parameter setting and machine operation, so that the operation becomes very simple. Using PLC system control, the setting of rotor parameters, input of rotor varieties, processing of unbalance data, fixture changeover of measuring unit, automatic drilling and other work can be easily completed. It also has the function of data recording.

It is mainly used in unbalance measurement and correction of EV rotors and those rotors which require end face weight removal. It can integrate with rotor production line to realize automatic production.
