Gear Disc Automatic Balancer consists of machine cabinet, control panel, tooling fixture, automatic unbalance measuring unit, automatic drilling unit, and vacuum cleaner. The upper computer and the PLC automatically communicate to analyze the unbalance amount and the angle analog quantity,  and the servo motor controls the drilling depth of the drilling power head to achieve the dynamic unbalance correction.
