Four-station Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine
Motor rotor is an indispensable part in a variety of motors, such as automobile motors, electric tools and household appliance motors. With the continuous development of industrial automation, home automation and office automation, the number of computers, cars, household appliances and toys continues to increase. Data show that the growth rate of motor rotors in the world market is about 5%, and in some developed European and American countries motor consumption is larger.
Parts such as silicon steel sheet, fan blade and commutator comprise the motor rotor, usually the silicon steel sheet needs to be wound with varnished wire, in this case, the production process will generate unbalance, and this unbalance will directly affect the product performance, service life, thus have a direct impact on the product quality. Therefore, the development of modern industry has put forward higher and higher requirements for the noise, vibration and other performance of this kind of products, and also put forward higher requirements for the dynamic balancing technology of motor rotors.
Balancing machine is divided into two categories: manual correction dynamic balancing machine and fully automatic balancing machine. Manual detection to complete the dynamic balancing of a rotor, normally need to repeat 4-5 times of testing and weight removal, so the production efficiency is low, the precision of balancing is not high, and the cutting on the rotor is inaccurate.
The 4-station rotor automatic balancing machine, according to the rotor automatic detection processing order includes four stations: standby station, initial test station, cutting & weight removal station, and retest station. Its working process includes following steps:
1.In the process of initial test, cutting&weight removal, and retest, the operator loads the new rotor in standby position and then press the Start button.
2.Rotor processing at each station is completed, robot arm acts, meanwhile:
3.Transport the rotor in the standby station to the initial test station for unbalance measurement.
4.Transport the rotor that has completed the initial test from the initial test station to the retest station for retest.
5.Transport the rotor that has completed the retest from the retest station to the standby station.
6.If the rotor in the standby position is OK, proceed to step 1; if not, proceed to step 2
