Technical support

We understand the loss of production shutdowns, so we have an experienced technical support team to provide online support when customers need it. If it is particularly urgent, our after-sales engineer will rush to the spot immediately.

Our Jianping certified engineers will come to the site and test the production performance of the balancing machine according to ISO21940 standards. Preventive maintenance is also performed annually during the life of the service.

We also provide hands-on training to get the most out of your products and employees. The traning can be carried out at the customer site or at our company.
