Engine Cooling Fan Wheel Balancing Machine

A twin fan radiator / dual fan radiator being balanced on a JP Engine cooling fan assembly balancing machine. The high unbalance signal extraction capability of JP balancing machines enable both the fans to be balanced simultaneously. The machine is also equipped with a dynamic reference detection feature, eliminating the step of adding RPM sensor reflective stickers saving time and energy of the operator in a production application. The balancing machine sensor design also enables the fan blade counting and the use of the fan blades as angle count markers. This system provides a remote angle electronic protractor function on fans without coupling any additional sensors enabling the operator to easily locate and add the unbalance weights on the rotor.

The balancing machine clamps on cycle begin and de-clamps the fans after both the rotors are balanced ensuring a complete balancing process.
