Jianping EV motor automatic balancing machine is a mechatronics equipment used to measure the dynamic unbalance of EV motor rotors. It adopts PLC as the master control machine to complete the calculation of measurement and correction and rotor phase control, and uses the touch screen as the human-machine interface to set parameters and operate the machine, making the operation very simple.
Using PLC system control, the setting of rotor parameters, the entry of rotor varieties, the processing of unbalance amount, the replacement of tooling fixtures for measuring unit, and automatic drilling all can be easily completed. At the same time, it also has the function of data recording.
Machine Features:
1. For rotors within the compatible range, according to the model signal transmitted by the previous project, automatic changeover can be realized without changing the tooling.
2. The changeover of rotors with different journal diameters, different cutting radii, different diameters, different lamination thicknesses, different support positions and different shaft lengths is fully automatic, and there is no need to manually adjust the mechanical parts.
