Differential Case Differential Shell Two Station Balancing Machines
We all know that differential case is a very important casting in automobile parts, the quality of differential case is directly related to the safety of automobile operation. So the balancing of the differential case has given rise to more and more people’s concern.
Today we’d like to introduce a automatic balancing machine dedicated to differential case to you, this balancing machine is mainly composed of unbalance measuring unit, rotary arm transport unit, automatic drilling & milling unit, truss robot arm, bed base etc.
The main working process of the machine is as follows:
Step 1: Manually/Robot arm (optional) loads workpiece 1 to the measuring station and start
Step 2: Measuring unit begins to measure workpiece 1
Step 3: After the measurement is completed, the robot arm of the rotary arm transport unit automatically grabs the workpiece 1 and place it to the automatic drilling & milling station for processing
Step 4: Manually/robot arm loads workpiece 2 for measurement
Step 5: After the drilling and milling is completed, the robot arm of the rotary arm transport unit automatically grabs the two products at the drilling & milling station and the measuring station and exchanges their positions.
Step 6: Workpiece 2 is being processed at the drilling & milling station and workpiece 1 is being retested at the measuring station. After the retest is qualified, workpiece 1 can be removed, and the workpiece 3 can be loaded.
