Differential Case Assembly Line Automatic Balancing Machine
We know that the diff-case is a very important casting in the auto parts, its quality is directly related to the safety of the car operation, therefore, its balancing problem has given rise to more and more people’s concern.
Today, I will introduce an assembly line automatic balancing machine focusing on differential case balancing, which is mainly composed of unbalance measuring unit, rotary handling unit, automatic drilling & milling unit, truss robot arm, bed base and so on.

The main working process of the machine is as follows:
Step 1: The manual/robot arm (optional) places the workpiece 1 in the measuring station and starts:
Step 2: The measuring unit starts to measure the workpiece 1
Step 3: After the measurement is completed, the robot arm of the rotary arm handling unit automatically grabs the workpiece 1 and places it in the automatic drilling & milling position for processing
Step 4: Manual/(robot arm) places the workpiece 2 for measurement
Step 5: After drilling & milling is completed, the robot arm of the rotary arm handling unit automatically grabs the products both in the drilling & milling station and the measuring station at the same time
Step 6: Workpiece 2 is being processed at the drilling and milling position, workpiece 1 is being retested at the measuring station. After the retest passes, the workpiece will automatically flow into the OK area
