Shanghai Jianping provides balancing machine testing certification with CNAS national accreditation qualification
The testing center of Shanghai Jianping Balancing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was approved by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS) on February 21, 2022. The certificate number is CNAS L16022.
Testing center possesses calibration rotors and test masses ranging from 0.5kg-3000kg compliant with ISO standard, can test balancing machine ranging from 1.6kg-120T, vertical (type A) horizontal (type B) are both covered, has a number of high precision (0.00001) balance and related sophisticated testing equipment, can provide nationwide on-site dynamic balancing machine testing, repair and maintenance services, can perform one-on-one precision testing to customer's equipment and issue CNAS approved testing certificate.
The laboratory accreditation testing ability which testing center has applied for the approval of the qualification has 6 projects, the project mainly involves the dynamic balancing machine international standard (ISO) and national recommended standards (GB/T) testing projects. Such as: minimum achievable residual unbalance (Umar), unbalance reduction ratio (URR), single-plane balancing machine couple unbalance interference detection (ISC), etc. The testing team is professional in technology and standardized in management. Each member has a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience
