With balancing machines for brake disks, unbalance measurement and unbalance correction is performed in one plane. The unbalance correction is accomplished by circular milling of the workpieces on the outside diameter of the disk. Depending on the customer requirements, these machines can be run in batch operation  or in a mixed operation. In addition, a change from brake disk to brake drum is possible with minimal retooling effort.

Loading is either manual by the operator or automatic by an interlinking system and an integrated round transfer on the machine side . The decision regarding the selection of the required stations depends on the cycle time specified by the customer.
