Balancing Machines for Rail Vehicles Locomotive Wheelsets

The PHW-3000 wheelset balancing machine is designed to balance railway wheelsets weighing up to 3000 kg, including the wheelsets of passenger locomotive operating at speeds of 140 km/h.

The machine is designed for use in the repair shop of a railway depot, but its modular design and high performance allow it to be used for small series production of wheelsets. The machine can be easily adapted for integration into production lines and integrated facilities.

Additional modules such as jack, gearbox mounting bracket, wheel runout control and unbalance correction module can be optionally added to the machine. Cabinet-type safety guards can be installed if required.

Dynamic two-plane balancing of wheelsets;

Wheelset and gearbox balancing (optional);

Quality control of wheelset manufacturing and assembly;

Wheelset dynamic balancing quality control;

Control the radial and axial runout of the wheel (optional).

"Wheel runout measurement module" eliminates unqualified wheelsets.
