JP Balancing Machine engineer’s onsite service won our Italian customer’s praise

If the customer has problems that can not be solved, we will also send professional after-sales engineers to the customer site for training and answering.
Recently, we received feedback from an Italian customer that they encountered new problems in balancing the rotor of farming machine with our PHW-3000 balancing machine, and the online communication hadn’t made much progress. In order to prevent the customer's machine use from being affected, we immediately dispatch our best engineer to the customer's site to provide assistance. Soon, the engineer solved the problems encountered by the customer, and the customer was very satisfied with our products and services.
