Action Flow

1.Input roller line: the product is input with the roller line

2.Input roller line: workpiece centering

3.Runout test station: runout test

4.Dynamic unbalance test station: dynamic unbalance test

5.Sorting station: There are four kinds of sorting OK/NG products:

1) dynamic unbalance and runout are both qualified

2) dynamic unbalance is qualified, but the runout is unqualified

3) dynamic unbalance is unqualified, but the runout is qualified

4) dynamic unbalance and runout are both unqualified

6.In the above four cases, the first one belongs to OK products, while the other three belong to NGproducts and they will flow into the roller line of NG products (up to 5 NG parts can be stored).
