Action flow

1.Start: Put the workpiece on the special fixture of the equipment, start the equipment with both hands, and the safety door will automatically close.

2.Measure initial unbalance: After the special fixture clamps the workpiece, the balancing machine servo motor drives the workpiece to measure the unbalance in circular motion

3.Auto-positioning: After the measurement is completed, the position for adding the rivets is toward the mounting mechanism.

4.Manual counterweight and automatic riveting & pressing: The workpiece turns and the counterweight is riveted after manually installing the suitable rivets according to the tips calculated by the measurement software.

5.Retest: Riveting & pressing unit reset, balancing machine according to the sensor reset signal, automatically start to retest the workpiece.

6.Result display: If the workpiece is qualified, the indicator light is green, the touch screen displays OK; if the workpiece is unqualified, the indicator light is red, the touch screen displays NG and makes an alarm sound; the safety door opens and unload the workpiece.
