However, all kinds of rotors in the project, due to uneven material or blank defects, errors generated in processing and assembly, and and even have asymmetric geometry and other factors during design, when rotating, the centrifugal inertia force generated by each tiny particle above it can not cancel each other, and the centrifugal inertia force can cause vibration and noise through the bearing on the machinery and its basis. It accelerates the bearing wear, shortens the mechanical life, and may cause destructive accidents in serious cases. For this reason, the rotor must be balanced so that it reaches the allowable balance precision grade.
