Apply the unbalance detection line independently designed and developed by Shanghai Jianping, and the workpiece is fully automated from product loading, centering, lifting, automatic unbalance measurement, automatic positioning, end surface & radial runout measurement, first harmonic, unbalance marking, to automatic loading. The machine has features of high precision, fast changeover and high production efficiency, suitable for automatic mass production.

Composed of 2 stations:

– rim feeding/singling device;

– dark room station equipped with centering device to automatically recognize rim type;

– output belt conveyor system shunting good rims to the upper level and scrap rims to the lower level.
