6-Cylinder Automatic Crankshaft Balancing Machine

Two-station fully automatic crankshaft balancer. Designed to accommodate both 4 and 6-cylinder crankshafts.

The JP automatic crankshaft balancing machine was manufactured  by JP balancing Machine Company . The balancer is used to eliminate vibrations and to improve the overall quality and durability of the crankshaft. The machine performs measurement in the JP-900 measuring unit.

The measurement and correction of unbalance in the machined crankshafts is carried out by drilling into the counterweights in one or two correction stages. The A2WZ2-Q balancing machine is equipped with a SIEMENS Sinumerik CNC controller and has a cycle time of 45 to 100 seconds.
